Call Center Innovations Tour

The Call Center Innovations Tour started as a joint idea of the four founding partners ASC telecom, InVision Software, Living-e and Sympalog. The goal was to offer an industry specific day for call centre decision makers presenting the most innovative technologies on the call centre market.

After a successful start of the tour with three events in Germany in 2007, it became a regular meeting point for the call centre industry over the last three years. The concept of customer presentations and networking opportunities surrounded by an exhibition area in an exceptional location was so well received by the attendees, that in 2009 the internationalisation started. In 2010 we´re proud to present the tour in Austria, Germany, France and the United Kingdom and you´re cordially invited to come and to join us there.
